When should I book La Caipira for my event?

We recommend booking 6 to 8 months in advance to secure your preferred date. We often receive inquiries up to a year ahead, so the earlier you reach out, the better! That said, we may be able to accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes! Once your contract is signed and your deposit is received, we’re happy to set up a payment plan that works for you. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date.

Will you bring the alcohol?

No, we will not. La Caipira is a dry-hire mobile bartending service, which means we don’t supply alcohol.
We do provide:

  • TIPs-certified bartenders

  • Mixers (depending on your selected package)

  • Bar tools, equipment, and garnishes

You’ll be responsible for purchasing and providing the alcohol for your event.

Can you help me figure out how much alcohol I need?

Absolutely! We’ll help you figure out how much and what type of alcohol to buy, based on your guest count and drink preferences.

Do you offer drink options without alcohol?

Yes! We offer mocktail options that are fun, fresh, and flavorful drinks—perfect for kids, non-drinkers, or alcohol-free celebrations.

What do I need to have ready for a bartending setup?

You’ll just need to provide:

  • The alcohol

  • A designated bar space

We’ll bring everything else: bar tools, coolers, garnishes, mixers (as per your package), and all the essentials to make your bar service run smoothly.

What do I need to have ready for a food bar setup?

As a private chef service, we require that the event host provides a kitchen space for on-site food preparation, as state regulations mandate that all food must be prepared at the event location.

Please ensure the following are available:

  • Access to electricity

  • A designated bar area

  • A kitchen space (for fruit washing and light food prep)

We’ll take care of the rest — including machines, cups, toppings, fruits, utensils, napkins, syrups, extension cords and more.

Do I need a license or permit to serve alcohol?

Depending on your event location and type, a special event permit may be required. We can guide you through any local requirements and help you understand what’s needed.

What are the payment methods?

We accept payments through Checks and Bank transfers are also an option upon request.
